Retirement Benefits [Text Block]	NOTE 13. EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN The Company has a 401(k) plan covering all eligible employees. The Company provides matching contributions equal to 100% of the first 3% of compensation deferred, plus 50% of the next 2% of compensation deferred. The Company contributed $11 thousand and $12 thousand to the plan from continuing operations in the three months ended March 31, 2025 and 2024, respectively.
