NOTE 13. EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN

 

The Company has a 401(k) plan covering all eligible employees. The Company provides matching contributions equal to 100% of the first 3% of compensation deferred, plus 50% of the next 2% of compensation deferred. The Company contributed $9 thousand and $11 thousand to the 401(k) plan from continuing operations in the three months ended September 30, 2025 and 2024, respectively. The Company contributed $26 thousand and $23 thousand to the 401(k) plan from continuing operations in the nine months ended September 30, 2025 and 2024, respectively.
