SALE OF BUILDING	8. SALE OF BUILDING In July 2023, the Company entered into a commercial sale-leaseback agreement with DRE for the sale of a warehouse and roasting facility located in Brea, California and for the lease-back of the same premises under a triple net lease contract. The selling price was $3,800,000 and the Company paid off the outstanding mortgage loan of $2,850,000.
