Subsequent Event, Description	Our investment in Zowie Technology preferred shares securities (see Note 4), of approximately $350,000, has been approved by our Board to redeem and subsequently exchange this entire amount into newly issued common shares as part of Zowie's recent corporate reorganization. This exchange is anticipated to be completed by June 2014.
