SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 16_ – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On January 6, 2014, options for 390,000 shares of stock were granted to certain members of our Board of Directors under the 2012 Plan for their services to be rendered in 2014. The options were granted for a period of 10 years at an exercise price equal to the closing price at the date of grant, and vest on December 31, 2014.
