SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 16 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In October 2018, we entered into a lease for new corporate offices in Boca Raton, Florida, pursuant to an eleven-year lease. The lease provides for total future minimum payments over the life of the lease of approximately $19.6 million, inclusive of estimated operating expenses and sales tax. October 28, 2018, the FDA approved BIJUVA™ (estradiol and progesterone) capsules, 1 mg/100 mg, the first and only FDA-approved bio-identical hormone therapy combination of estradiol and progesterone in a single, oral capsule for the treatment of moderate to severe vasomotor symptoms (commonly known as hot flashes or flushes) due to menopause in women with a uterus.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
