NOTE 16 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 16 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On October 24, 2019, we entered into an underwriting agreement with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, as representative of the underwriters, relating to an underwritten public offering of 26,000,000 shares of our Common Stock at a public offering price of $2.75 per share. We granted the underwriters an option, exercisable for a period of 30 days, to purchase up to 3,900,000 additional shares of Common Stock, which was exercised in full. The net proceeds from the offering were approximately $77.0 million, after deducting the underwriting discount and offering expenses payable by us. The offering closed on October 29, 2019.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
