Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 16, 2006, Jewett-Cameron Trading Company Ltd. issued a press release correcting a typographic error in its news release dated November 14, 2006 which reported its earnings for the fiscal year ended August 31, 2006.  A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
