Subsequent Events	15.          SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Subsequent to the fiscal year ended August 31, 2018, the Company re-purchased for cancellation an additional 95,671 shares of its common stock pursuant to a 10b5-1 share re-purchase plan, previously announced on June 6, 2018. The total cost was $893,376 at an average share price of $9.34 per share.
