Subsequent event description The maximum of AR invoices Northrim will purchase at one time is limited to an amount equal to 80% of the net eligible accounts and an amount equal to 25% of all eligible inventory, but not to exceed funding on inventory of $4,000,000. Furthermore, the purchase of AR invoices is not to exceed $6,000,000.
