RECEIVABLES	RECEIVABLES The accounts receivable balance as of March 31, 2022 is $1.0 million compared to $21.0 million as of December 31, 2021. The decrease is driven by the receipt of the $20.0 million milestone from F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd and Hoffmann-La Roche Inc. (collectively, “Roche”) for the initiation of a Phase II clinical trial in the fourth quarter of 2021. The other receivable balance as of March 31, 2022 is $1.0 million compared to $3.5 million as of December 31, 2021. The decrease is driven primarily by the receipt of $1.8 million for German VAT recovery related to drug substance sent to Baxter in 2020 and 2019.
