SUBSEQUENT EVENT	NOTE 13: SUBSEQUENT EVENT On April 30, 2020, the Company entered into a lease for a research facility in Houston, Texas. The lease term is 71 months. Fixed rent payments under the initial term are approximately $1.1 million.  Additionally, the Company is also responsible for its share of operating expenses.
