Peter Hoang was our PEO (PEO 1) for each year through April 30, 2023. Juan Vera became our PEO (PEO 2) effectively May 1, 2023, and was a Non-PEO NEO in 2022. The individuals comprising the Non-PEO NEOs for 2022 were Juan Vera, Anthony Kim and Mythili Koneru. For 2023, the Non-PEO NEO was Mythili Koneru. There were no Non-PEO NEOs for 2024.
