New Accounting Pronouncements and Changes in Accounting Principles [Text Block] Note 8 - The Financial Accounting Standards Board (“FASB”) periodically issues new accounting standards in a continuing effort to improve standards of financial accounting and reporting. We have reviewed the recently issued pronouncements and concluded that the recently issued accounting standards are not currently applicable to us.
