Subsequent Events	Note 15 – Subsequent Events The Company evaluated subsequent events through the date these financial statements were available to be issued. On February 20, 2024 the Company received a warrant exercise notice of Prefunded Warrants to purchase 1,390,000 Warrant Shares and issued 1,390,000 shares of its common stock upon the receipt of the exercise price of $1,390. On March 8, 2024 the Company received a warrant exercise notice of Prefunded Warrants to purchase 1,390,000 Warrant Shares and issued 1,390,000 shares of its common stock upon the receipt of the exercise price of $1,390. There were no other material subsequent events that required recognition or additional disclosure in these financial statements.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
