SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 9 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On November 3, 2022, BioRestorative Therapies, Inc. held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders. At the Annual Meeting, the Company’s stockholders: (i) elected the nominees as the Class II directors, (ii) approved amendments to the Company’s 2021 Stock Incentive Plan, (iii) authorized the reincorporation of the Company from the State of Delaware to the State of Nevada, (iv) approved, on a non-binding advisory basis, the compensation of the Company’s executive officers, (v) recommended, on a non-binding advisory basis, that future advisory votes be held every three years with regard to the approval of the Company’s executive compensation, and (vi) ratified the selection of Marcum LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2022.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
