On October 24, 2022, SaverOne 2014 Ltd. (the “Company”) convened its 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, however, the meeting was adjourned for one week to the same day, time, and place due to lack of quorum. Accordingly, the Company’s 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be reconvened on Monday, October 31, 2022 at 3.00 p.m. (Israel time) at the Company’s offices located Em Hamoshavot Rd. 94, Petah Tikva, Israel.
