DIVIDEND PAYMENT
The Board of Directors of The International Stock Exchange Group Limited (the "Company") announces it has declared a dividend payment to Ordinary Shareholders at the rate of 75 pence per share. This dividend is in line with the Company's stated Dividend Policy, based on a payout ratio in the order of 70 per cent of profit after tax generated by the Group during the relevant financial period.
