Certificate of Registration

Oslo Stock Exchange has received Certificate of
Registration from ABG Sundal Collier Holding ASA in
connection with increase in share capital, see
announcement 28th January 2011. New share capital is
NOK 89,676,550.35, equaling 389,898,045 shares, each
share with a par value of NOK 0.23. The capital is
fully paid and registered in the Register of Business
Enterprises.
