Minutes from the Annual General Meeting

ABG Sundal Collier Holding ASA has today held the
Annual General Meeting. Attached at www.newsweb.no
you will find the minutes from the meeting. The AGM
approved a dividend payment to the shareholders as of
April 26th 2012 of NOK 0.50 per share. The share will
trade ex. this dividend payment from tomorrow April
27th 2011.

All other resolutions were also approved.
