Ex payment of NOK 0.50 per share today

The shares of ABG Sundal Collier Holding ASA (ASC)
will today be quoted ex. NOK 0.50 per share,
reflecting the decision in the Annual General Meeting
to pay NOK 0.50 per share as a repayment of share
premium fund to shareholders as per 26th April 2012.
Not as per 27 as previousely stated.
Shareholders will receive the payment on 7th May 2012.
