Trading announcement

With reference to our press release of 28 October
2010 Knut Brundtland has through his company Giotto
AS purchased 500,000 shares from ABG Sundal Collier
Holding ASA (ABGSC). The shares were sold at a price
of NOK 4.96 per share. The previously agreed price of
NOK 6.37 per share has been adjusted for dividend
payments and earlier payment of the forward contract.

Following the transaction Knut Brundtland including
100% controlled company owns 500,000 shares plus
5,500,000 shares on forward contracts. His total
holding is unchanged.

With reference to our press release of 7 March 2012 a
partner has purchased 225,000 shares from ABGSC. The
shares were sold at a price of NOK 3.39 per share.
The previously agreed price of NOK 4.22 per share has
been adjusted for dividend payment and earlier
payment of the forward contract.

ABGSC owns 2,939,074 treasury shares following the
transaction. The company has forward contracts with
partners purchasing a total of 55,789,571 shares with
settlement in 2013 - 2016. ABGSC has authorization to
re-purchase its shares in the market or to issue new
shares.
