Placement of shares owned by partners

ABG Sundal Collier Holding ASA (OSE: ASC) today
announced a placement of 5,350,473 shares from
partners of the firm to two institutional investors.
The shares were sold at a price of NOK 4.10 per
share.

Two insiders have sold shares in the sale. Geir
Ringstad has through a 100% owned company sold
545,700 shares and his new exposure will be 2,000,000
shares. Mikael Hansson has sold 7,500 shares and his
new exposure will be 72,500 shares including shares
owned on forward contracts.

Following the placement partners of ABG Sundal
Collier will hold approx. 32% of the fully diluted
number of shares in the company.
