Partner share transaction

ABG Sundal Collier has today sold 100,000 shares to a
partner on a forward contract with settlement 1 June
2016 at NOK 3.71 per share

ABGSC owns 2,950,000 treasury shares. The company has
forward contracts with partners purchasing a total of
54,217,742 shares with settlement in 2013 - 2016.
ABGSC has authorization to re-purchase its shares in
the market or to issue new shares.
