Share transactions

With reference to our press releases of 6 March 2013
and 3 June 2013 a partner has purchased 475,000 ABG
Sundal Collier Holding ASA (ASC) shares from the
company. The previously agreed prices of NOK 3.63,
NOK 10.54 and NOK 3.11 per share have been adjusted
for dividend payment and earlier payment of the
forward contract. The shares were sold at an average
price of NOK 5.98 per share.

The company has on 23 August 2013 bought 150,000 ASC
shares from a resigned partner. The purchase price is
NOK 0.23 per share, reflecting the restrictions
imposed on partner shares.

ABGSC owns 3,301,622 treasury shares following the
transactions above. The company has forward contracts
with partners purchasing a total of 53,742,742 shares
with settlement in 2013 - 2016. ABGSC has
authorization to re-purchase its shares in the market
or to issue new shares.
