his 100% owned company Fairway Drive AS at a price of NOK
5.53 per share.
Per Flostrand, incl. the 100% owned company, exposure
towards ASC remains unchanged after the transaction. Per
Flostrand, incl. the 100% owned company, owns 165,000 shares
in ASC plus 1,100,000 shares on forward contracts.
