Per Flostrand sold on 15 May 2017 to his 100% owned company
Fairway Drive AS a forward contract on 400,000 ASC-shares
with settlement 1 June 2017 at a settlement price of NOK
2.09 per share and a forward contract on 300,000 ASC-shares
with settlement 1 June 2017 at a settlement price of NOK
1.00 per share. The transfer price for the 700,000 shares on
the forward contract is NOK 3.8471 per share.
Per Flostrand, incl. the 100% owned company, exposure
towards ASC remains unchanged after the transactions. Per
Flostrand owns through his 100% owned company 165,000 shares
in ASC plus forward contracts on 1,100,000 shares.
