The shares were sold at an average price of NOK 2.5672 per share. The previously announced prices have been adjusted for dividends and interest changes.
ABGSC owns 30,318,571 treasury shares following the transaction above. The company has forward contracts with partners purchasing a total of 98,086,300 shares with settlement in 2021-2025.
Jonas Ström has purchased 865,000 shares at an average price of NOK 2.2423 per share as settlement of forward contracts previously entered into. The previously agreed prices has been adjusted for dividends and interest changes. Following the transaction Jonas Ström owns 1,128,000 shares plus 4,247,000 shares on forward contracts. His total holding incl. forward contracts is unchanged.
