With reference to our press release of 8 March 2016, ABG Sundal Collier Holding ASA (“ABGSC”) yesterday sold 50,000 ASC-shares to a departed partner as settlement of a forward contract previously entered into. The shares were sold at a price of NOK 2.98 per share. The previously agreed price of NOK 5.28 per share has been adjusted for dividends and extended settlement of the forward contract.
ABGSC owns 30,218,571 treasury shares following the transactions above. ABGSC has forward contracts with partners purchasing a total of 97,836,300 shares with settlement in 2021 – 2025. ABGSC has authorization to re-purchase its shares in the market or to issue new shares.
