ABG Sundal Collier Holding ASA has today held the Annual General Meeting. Attached at www.newsweb.no you will find the minutes from the meeting. The AGM approved a dividend payment of NOK 0.83 per share to shareholders as at 20 April 2021. The share will trade ex. this dividend payment from 21 April 2021.
All other proposals on the agenda were also approved.
