ABG - Certificate of Registration

Oslo Stock Exchange has received Certificate of Registration from ABG Sundal Collier Holding ASA in connection with increase in share capital, see announcement 1 June 2022. New share capital is NOK 111,168,934.85, equaling 483,343,195 shares, each share with a par value of NOK 0.23. The capital is fully paid and registered in the Register of Business Enterprises.
