Oslo Stock Exchange has received Certificate of Registration from ABG Sundal Collier Holding ASA in connection with increase in share capital, see announcement 31 March 2023. New share capital is NOK 114,416,534.85, equalling 497,463,195 shares, each share with a par value of NOK 0.23. The capital is fully paid and registered in the Register of Business Enterprises.
