Oslo Stock Exchange has received Certificate of Registration from ABG Sundal Collier Holding ASA in connection with increase in share capital, see announcement 22 March 2024. New share capital is NOK 121,379,025.85, equalling 527,734,895 shares, each share with a par value of NOK 0.23. The capital is fully paid and registered in the Register of Business Enterprises.
