On or about October 29, 2024, Euro Tech Holdings Company Limited (the “Registrant”) caused to be sent to its shareholders of record as of October 23, 2024 a Notice of its Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on November 26, 2024 (“Meeting”) in Hong Kong, Proxy Statement and Proxy Card with regard to the Meeting.
