On 18 September 2014, BHB Capital Management, a company controlled by Bjørn
Håvard Brænden, Director Norway at Aqualis, acquired 5'000 shares at an average
purchase price of NOK 7.95 per share. After this transaction Bjørn Håvard
Brænden, and related parties, hold 297'331 shares in Aqualis.
