Aqualis ASA : Mandatory notification of trade

13 October 2014, Amish Sanghavi, Group Financial Controller in Aqualis Offshore,
acquired 6'000 shares at an average purchase price of NOK 7.50 per share. Amish
Sanghavi has also purchased shares 10 October 2014 (35'000 shares at average
purchase price NOK 7.60 per share), 7 October 2014 (16'000 shares at average
purchase price of NOK 8.15 per share), 6 October 2014 (8'277 shares at average
purchase price of NOK 8.20 per share) and 23 September 2014 (15'000 shares at
average purchase price of NOK 8.00 per share).

After these transactions Amish Sanghavi, and related parties, hold 124'178
shares in Aqualis ASA.
