Aqualis ASA: CFO appointment

31 December 2015 - Energy consulting group Aqualis ASA has appointed Kim Boman
as new CFO.

Mr Boman has almost 20 years' experience, primarily from corporate finance and
investor relations roles. He was previously head of investor relations for REC
Solar ASA. Prior to this he worked in corporate finance at DNB Markets and
Swedbank Markets. He also has experience as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers
and as a strategy consultant at Arkwright.

Mr Boman holds a Masters degree in Business and Economics from the Norwegian
School of Management and a MSc in Finance from London Business School.

Mr Boman joins Aqualis ASA on 4 January 2016.
