The board of Directors has appointed Mr Rolf M Normann as CEO of Aega ASA.
The Board thanks the resigning CEO, Mr Vegard Finstad, for his services to Aega ASA
since 2012. Mr Finstad will be available to Aega ASA on a consultancy basis for a period
going forward.
