Aega ASA has today held an Extraordinary General Meeting at which a new board of directors was elected. Following today's meeting, Aega ASA's board of directors consists of the following persons:
· Halldor Christen Tjoflaat, chairperson (new)
· Kristine Larneng, board member (new)
· Nils Petter Skaset, board member (new)
· Kathrine Breistøl, board member (new)
