Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Aega ASA
("Aega" or the "Company", ticker "AEGA") published on 20 December
2016 regarding a completed private placement of new shares in the
Company (the "Private Placement") and the stock exchange
announcement published 31 January 2017 regarding the acquisition of
assets from Solex AS (the "Solex Transaction").
On 29 March 2017, the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority
approved a prospectus (the "Prospectus") prepared by the Company for
the listing on Oslo Axess of 1) 4,991,184 new shares in the Company
in connection with a completed Private Placement and 2) 3,000,000
new shares in the Company issued as consideration in connection with
the Solex Transaction, each new share with a nominal value of NOK
1.00.
The new shares, having been registered on a separate ISIN and not
been tradable on the Oslo Axess since their issuance, will following
the publication of the Prospectus, be transferred to the Company's
ordinary ISIN and be tradable on the Oslo Axess.
