Aega ASA has trough a wholly-owned subsidiary signed a
preliminary agreement to acquire a 1 MWp solar plant in
Sardinia.
The parties expect to sign the final acquisition agreement
before July 31st. The target, Villapiana Fotovoltaico S.r.l.
has an agreed enterprise value of MEUR 1.9.
Aega plans to fund the acquisition with cash. An extended
stock exchange notice will follow within Tuesday June 9th.
