30 October 2020 – Reference is made to the notice of extraordinary general meeting (EGM) dated 13 October 2020.
As a result of positive share price development in recent weeks, and feedback from shareholders, Aega ASA’s board of directors has decided to cancel the extraordinary general meeting on 3 November 2020.
