Grethe Stabell, Secretary of the Board and primary
insider of AF Gruppen ASA, has today sold 30,000
shares in AF Gruppen ASA at a price of NOK 40 per
share.

Following this transaction, Grethe Stabell holds
92,100 shares and 20,000 options in AF Gruppen ASA.
