AF Gruppen ASA - mandatory notification of trade

AF Gruppen ASA (AFG) has, in connection with the
company's share purchase program for employees, sold
287,000 shares from the Company's holding of own
shares at NOK 36 per share, of which 45,425 shares
were sold to primary insiders in AF Gruppen ASA.

AF Gruppen ASA will hold 300 own shares when the
registration of the sale is completed.
