Purchase of own shares

AF Gruppen ASA (AFG) purchased 2,597 own shares on
January 11, 2012. The shares were purchased at an
average price of NOK 43.90 per share. After the
transactions AF Gruppen holds 70,492 own shares.

The shares were purchased for the company's share
purchase program for employees.
