Purchase of own shares

AF Gruppen ASA (AFG) purchased 2,441 own shares on
February 17, 2012. The shares were purchased at an
average price of NOK 49.00 per share. After the
transactions AF Gruppen holds 82,478 own shares.

The shares were purchased for the company's share
purchase program for employees.
