Purchase of own shares

AF Gruppen ASA (AFG) purchased 20,000 own shares on
May 30, 2012. The shares were purchased at an average
price of NOK 51.00 per share. After the transactions
AF Gruppen holds 55,834 own shares.

The shares were purchased for the company's share
purchase program for employees.
