Purchase of own shares

AF Gruppen ASA (AFG) purchased 7,000 own shares on
September 13, 2012. The shares were purchased at an
average price of NOK 58.50 per share. After the
transactions AF Gruppen holds 399,000 own shares.

The shares were purchased for the company's share
purchase program for employees.
