Purchase of own shares

AF Gruppen ASA (AFG) purchased 14,850 own shares on
September 25, 2012. The shares were purchased at an
average price of NOK 59.00 per share. After the
transaction AF Gruppen holds 430,395 own shares.

The shares were purchased for the company's share
purchase program for employees.
