AF with new contract at Hasle

AF Group (AFG) has entered into an agreement with
Hasle Linje 6 AS (Höegh Eiendom) for the construction
of a new office building at Hasle. The building will
be used as new head office for Aller Norge AS.

The agreement covers construction of a five storey
office building including basement parking. Total
gross area for the project is 11,200 m2. The building
will achieve Energy label B and will be classified
according to BREEAM - very good.

The turnkey project has a contract value of NOK 200
million excluding VAT. Building will commence in Q1
2013 with completion in Q4 2014.
